Each lesson will give you the insight you need to finally understand why native speakers use one type of past vs another taking into account the intention and nuances of the speaker. Furthermore, you will have plenty of opportunities to become an active user of the language by creating your own examples and stories.

The exercises and projects in this course are carefully designed to build your confidence and help you master the lessons.

    This course is for students who already have some knowledge of Spanish. If you can use the present tense and have a basic conversation in Spanish, then this course is for you! The lessons are taught in Spanish, but we offer English and Spanish subtitles and interactive transcripts for the video lessons. The past tense in Spanish is considered an intermediate difficulty topic.

  • Are the lessons in English or Spanish?

    Each lesson is taught in clear, easy to understand Spanish. However, there are subtitles available in Spanish and English as well as interactive transcripts that allow you to read along, speed up or down the video and repeat any word or sentence.

Ana could describe her perfect day as having had a really nice breakfast with amazing coffee while either reading, writing or learning something new.
